The simple answer is everyone!

We have experience treating patients of all ages, from all walks of life. From the desk based worker to the professional athlete. As osteopaths we aim to adapt our treatments appropriately to the individual. Everybody is unique and as such we treat them this way.

Osteopaths are considered experts in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal injuries/pain, i.e. injuries to muscles, ligaments/tendons, joints and bone. This can range from an injury to your shoulder, neck or little toe!

The general public is widely unaware that osteopaths have a much wider knowledge base than that of just the musculoskeletal system. We are also trained as to how we can tailor our treatments to be most effective for those suffering from more serious pathology, such as inflammatory conditions, diabetes, chronic pain etc. In addition as primary healthcare practitioners we are taught how to recognise the signs and symptoms of more sinister health problems. Our ability to do this is often crucial in being able to provide our patients with early diagnosis, enhancing positive outcomes. Some patients also feel the benefit of osteopathy in helping with conditions such as IBS, Asthma, Fibromyalgia, Chronic fatigue syndrome/ME etc…

If you are unsure if we are able to help you, then please get in touch and hopefully we can provide you with the answer. At the very least we will be able to refer you in the right direction.
